Just a sketch of my new sweater dress. I love it!

Team Fortress Two-dles
My tablet was being evil to me for the past few weeks, so I thought I'd practice with some sketches. I decided to make them all TF2 related.

So much has been going on lately
Sorry I haven't been updating this thing in a while. I've been having a lot of college stuff going on. The picture you see above (http://indigocrystal.deviantart.com/art/SO-MANY-CATS-144063553) is what I have been working on for a while. It took me a long time!
Overall, I had some portfolio reviews for college. I got really good critiques and feedback.
Also, here's some sketches I've been doing for a while. They're taken with a camera because I hate how my scanner scans sketchbooks. I might get a new scanner this Christmas, who knows.
I've been obsessed, again, with TF2. Mostly with Scout's Mum. I actually had one of my pictures featured in a slideshow based on Spy/Scout's Mum! You can watch the video here.
Note that the picture appears at 1:17.
I've been doing doodles of animals lately, mostly koalas.
This girl right here is for a bumper I'm doing for the school's news. It'll be based off of the Flaming Lips song Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.
In other news, my boyfriend Matt and I went to Boston to get some comics. I got some Tank Girl comics and he got some Batman ones. We ran into this:
So the billboard has spoken? Alrighty then.
We even ran into some disco raver pigeons. I wish I had video footage of these bastards.

FUCKIN HUGE UPLOAD COMING THROUGH!
Man do I have a HUGE upload of stuff. First, let's start with a watercolor sketch of Kumi in a Devo hat! Inspired by Kali Fontecchio , since she LOVES Devo. Her art is very cute, too, check it out! Here's a little preview of my Epic Q guest strip. That's Julien, the comic's creator, on the left.
The rest you're about to see is a bunch of doodles I did. My scanner is evil, so you can't get the best quality. I had to use my camera.

Kumi comics revive!
I used to do comics for my character Kumi back in 2008. I plan to revive them. Expect them to be up around, say...2010? Probably? Who knows.
Here's a preview for you suckers, though.
I am also working on a guest comic for Julien Capati's comic Epic Q. I officially set myself for the comic to be done on Friday. Wish me luck!

Hot Springs and Sketches
I am up in New Hampshire at the moment. It was raining at my campsite and I just so happened to work on this. It's my characters Kumi (the wolf) and Abby (the lion) at a hot spring.
Kumi and Abby are step siblings. Kumi's the lazy comic geek who is kind of a penny pincher. She comes from Sendai, Japan. Her father was a former rockstar and is now a journalist. Abby is from South Africa. She's more energetic and a bit more serious. Thanks to her mother, Josephine, she knows how to cook and clean very well.
Now about the picture, I decided to pay a trip for the two to go to a hot spring. Today was kind of a lazy day, and I could give my left arm to go into a jacuzzi, sauna, whatever.
Here's the lineart of the image. I sketched it in MS PAINT, inked in Flash MX, and colored in Photoshop Elements. The total time? Probably five hours.
I don't have my scanner up here, but here's some old sketches I did weeks ago or whatever...
Scout from Team Fortress 2! That is my favorite game. I'm horrible at playing as Scout and Sniper, but strangely, Spy is my best character. A lot of people can't play as Spy, but I can.
I like Scout, though. He's from Boston (Like me!) and he's the kind of guy that you'd want to hang out with. Hell, all of the characters on Team Fortress 2 are awesome!

Fun with aliens!
This was made after a thought of mine in my figure drawing group. It's incredible how we're just five-six foot (on average) specks of nothing in this wide universe. It's incredible.
That's how I came up with these cute little alien girls. I was inspired by the great Katie Rice to make this. She's incredible!
My friend Ally actually told me to give the alien on the left a pixie cut!
Anyway, this came out really cute, in my opinion.
Also, I did a picture of the Orions from Star Trek. My dad and uncle like this picture, for they like Star Trek.
I basically used this to experiment with figures. I tried to avoid them looking too generic. I think my experiment went well.
